In Memory

The tide recedes, but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand
The sun goes down but gentle warmth still lingers on the land
The music stops and yet echoes on in sweet refrains...
For every joy that passes something beautiful remains

I always knew Jack wasn't put on this earth forever. He was lent to us, for just a short time, but what an impression he made. He touched the hearts of everyone that met him, from the many health professionals who supported us, to family, friends, and even complete strangers. Jack was, and is the light of our lives and we miss him desperately,he has left a huge void in our lives, but we know that he is never far away, and will be having the time of his life somewhere, running, playing, eating and breathing as all children deserve.

A life so young released to heaven, left on earth we wonder 'why',
